  • Who can access Treaty 8 Tribal Association services?

    Services are available to the six member nations and their citizens. Medical Transportation Services are available to registered off-reserve First Nations citizens in northeastern BC. Jordan's Principle Services are available to families with First Nations children. Indian Registry Administration is available to all First Nations clients.   • How do I access Medical Transportation Services?

    Contact Susan Simpson at medicaltransport@treaty8.bc.ca or (250) 785-0612 ext. 228 with information about your medical appointment. Contact us as soon as you know about an appointment. Note: On-reserve members should contact their band office patient travel clerk.

  • What is Jordan's Principle?

  • How do I get help with Indian Registry Administration?

    Contact Kim Hucker reception@treaty8.bc.ca 250-785-0612 ext 221 for assistance with birth registrations, death registrations, marriage registrations, or status card applications.

  • How does consultation support work?

    Contact us at (250) 785-0612 or reception@treaty8.bc.ca as soon as you receive a consultation referral. We provide technical review and response development support. This service is directed by the Council of Treaty 8 Chiefs.

  • Does it cost anything to use T8TA services?

    Most services are free, funded through federal Ministry of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs.

  • What is TARR?
