Leeanna Rhodes is a Saulteaux First Nations woman, whose band resides in Fort Queppelle, Saskatchewan. She was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. Leeanna brings over 25 years of GIS (mapping and surveying) technical experience to the Treaty 8 Tribal Association and has several diplomas and certificates from ESRI, BCIT and SFU.

Leeanna has been with Treaty 8 Tribal Association since September, 2006 as the GIS advisor. Leeanna helps with the coordination of the Lands office, acquiring data needed for proper land use planning and resource management. She provides technical assistance to all the Treaty 8 communities, such as GIS training, digital data transfers, database design and development, and technical support. Leeanna is currently working on the Geo Connections funded project entitled, "Connecting Communities", which will help the T8 community member bands deal with the numerous oil and gas referrals they receive each month.

Leeanna has worked with other First Nation organizations such as the Sto:lo Nation (8 years), the Ktunaxa-Kinbasket Tribal Council (2 years), the Whispering Pines Band, the Nicola Valley Tribal Council and the Shuswap Nation Tribal Council (4 years).
