- New Community Process:
- The Communications Team will provide informational packages
- Assist Treaty 8 Tribal Association leadership in presenting these packages to the Communities
- Communication Contractor Hired:
- to develop a Media Package
- to assist in developing a Media Plan and Process, and
- to develop a website and informational CDs
- A new Recording System is to be installed in the Treaty 8 Tribal Association Board Room:
- enhanced audio and visual recording capabilities
- will allow communities to receive video footage of meetings
- will allow direct transfer and edits of minutes into a database
